Works for the 8,000 sq/m artificial grass football pitch at the Cork soccer club’s home grounds, Ballea Park included all associated sub base works with the removal and disposal of topsoil and site specific drainage.
Following ground preparatory works we installed our Superb artificial grass carpet, a game changing artificial grass sports surface with unrivalled performance and safety characteristics.
Ancillary works included 1.2m high sports fencing, perimeter kerbing, 5m high ball stop netting, ducting and floodlight bases, and a 1.2m wide footpath to the car park side.
The state-of-the-art FIFA Quality Approved sports surface was independently tested at various stages during construction and again on completion to meet the sport governing body’s strict requirements.
