The club, which was founded in 1968, currently has over 400 members and was nominated for the Aviva Club of the Year in 2016. The project included full groundworks plus the installation of 6,650 sq/m 60mm high performance artificial grass carpet. Ancillary works included kerbing, ball stop netting, new spectator railing, a 1,200mm wide concrete footpath along one side line, and ducting and light bases.
