PST Sport Announce New Partnership with the Northern Counties East Football League

PST Sport is delighted to announce a new three-year partnership with the Northern Counties East Football League (NCEL). The agreement will see PST Sport sponsor the League’s Fair Play Awards, recognising excellence in sportsmanship across NCEL’s 43 clubs competing across its Premier Division and Division One.

This exciting partnership reinforces PST Sport’s ongoing commitment to grassroots football and our belief in the power of sport to unite communities and inspire future generations.

PST Sport is a recognised leader in artificial grass pitch construction. We provide a complete turnkey solution for any pitch development project, both green field sites and resurfacing older pitches. This includes the subbase, playing surface and supporting infrastructure (fencing, lighting, access, footpaths, car parks, and any additional building works) for all sporting codes.

Matt Jones, General Manager of the NCEL, said:

“We are delighted to announce our new partnership with PST which will see them become the sponsor of our Fair Play Awards and also our official Artificial Pitch Partner – their expertise in this area will prove beneficial for any of our clubs that are considering switching to a artificial grass pitch, we thank Colin & PST for their support”.

Through this partnership, NCEL clubs will benefit from a wide range of supports including free site visits and quotations, technical input for club business plans, planning and development guidance, tailored finance solutions, and assistance with grant applications through our funding partners. Our approach is rooted in partnership and performance, working with clubs to deliver pitches that stand the test of time.

Colin Teahon, Managing Director at PST Sport, commented:

“We’re proud to partner with the Northern Counties East Football League and support their Fair Play Awards over the next three years. We know how vital year-round, high-quality facilities are to non-league football, and we’re looking forward to engaging with clubs across the League to help them deliver pitches that meet the needs of their players, fans and wider communities.”

The partnership comes at a time of growing demand for reliable, high-performance artificial surfaces at all levels of the game. With over 500 artificial grass pitches completed to date, PST Sport looks forward to working with NCEL and its member clubs to support player development and long-term club success.

This partnership marks another positive step in PST Sport’s growing footprint in UK football and highlights the company’s ongoing support for the development of grassroots sport.
