New World-Class Artificial Grass Pitch Coming to Tralee Dynamos FC

Construction is set to kick-off shortly at Tralee Dynamos FC for a full-size artificial grass pitch at the club’s home grounds in Tralee, Co. Kerry. This milestone marks the result of over three years of planning, dedication, and relentless fundraising by the club’s committee and members, and presents a major investment in local football infrastructure.

Once complete, the new state-of-the-art facility will allow the club to train and host matches year-round, eliminating the disruptions caused by poor pitch conditions during winter months. It will also create new opportunities for wider community use, including a commitment by the club to provide free daytime access to Kerry Parents & Friends Association.

PST Sport is delivering a complete Design & Build solution, including groundworks, drainage, subbase construction, and the installation of a world-class grass surface (Pride 50 over shock pad), ensuring long-term performance, durability, and safety.

This pitch will be transformative, not just for Tralee Dynamos FC, but for grassroots football in the region.
